• Join our growing Software Team as Software Test Engineer. You will participate in the development of medical devices and research systems.
• As part of a cross-functional agile team you will cooperate with our product owners, software developers and other verification and DevOps engineers on a daily basis.
• Software testing and an elevated level of test automation will be your mission.
• You will be responsible to plan, create, document, review and execute test cases to ensure high software product quality. In case of findings, you will closely collaborate with software developers to fix any bugs. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining the traceability matrix.
• Using your knowledge and experience, you will contribute to continuously improve the team performance and our test processes.

Qualifications

• Educational background: You have successfully finished your academic education in Computer Science, Natural Science (e.g. Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics) or similar.
• Experience: You look back on professional experience as a Software Test Engineer and have proficient knowledge in testing tool, such as Squish or similar. Moreover, you are knowledgeable in a programming and/or scripting language. We are mainly using C++ and Python, nevertheless other skills are welcome too. You have in-depth know-how in test automation.
• Interpersonal skills: You are an open-minded team player and good communicator who enjoys solving problems.
• Languages: You have fluent English skills, German skills are optional.
