Position Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Analyst Sales Strategy & Operations to join our Sales Operations team. This role will act as an extension of the Head of Sales Operations in designing and executing sales improvement programs, while reviewing and optimizing the sales operating model, sales capacity model, and Go-to-Market strategy.
This individual will lead data analysis and KPI reporting for strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery of standard dashboards and executive reporting to evaluate performance across all dimensions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities, comfortable working across functions to drive sales productivity and operational excellence.

We’re looking for:
Sales Strategy and Operations Leadership
- Act as an extension of the Head of Sales Operations to design and execute sales improvement programs, optimizing sales operating models and Go-to-Market strategy
- Lead data analysis and KPI reporting for Sales Ops strategic initiatives, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, segmentation, and sales-coverage design
Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and maintain standard sales reporting packages aligned to global sales management systems, in partnership with Sales Operations leadership and the Chief Revenue Officer
- Deliver standard dashboards and executive reporting to provide real-time data evaluating performance relative to targets and prior year across geographies, industries, and products
- Work with finance to develop and maintain predictive analytics functionality, producing dependable and accurate sales forecasts
- Provide action-ready insights to commercial team members through routine and ad hoc analysis
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams to establish a ‘single pane of glass’ view into commercial team performance and lead flow journey (MQL-SQL-SAL-Close) with drilldowns by BDR, region, industry vertical, and product
- Support Business as Usual (BAU) and ad hoc analyses, reporting, and presentations for Sales Leadership, including weekly C-Suite meetings
- Partner with Business Intelligence, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to track, report, and manage key performance indicators
- Support Sales Enablement initiatives aimed at increasing front-line sales team productivity, including virtual selling skills, sales collateral, presentation templates, and pricing tools
It’ll be helpful if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Economics, Statistics, or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier revenue enhancement practice or commercial analytics and operations support role within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills
- Dependable and results-oriented with the ability to dive into details while articulating overarching themes and strategies across different audiences
- High level of proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint); bonus points for familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Understanding the sales process in professional services is highly valued.

Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $128,000 to $148,000. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skill set, and any other factors MarketCast considers relevant to the hiring decision. In addition to your salary, MarketCast believes in providing a competitive total rewards package for its employees.
