Protect your sensitive information!The role of Sales Enablement Manager provides specialized coaching, mentoring, and training for our internal team of sales professionals. You will help our employees improve their sales skills (behaviors, attitudes, and techniques) to boost company performance. Typical job duties involve calibrating your efforts with front-line managers, continuously working with individual salespeople on a weekly or fortnightly basis to reinforce company positioning, CRM hygiene, and product knowledge, identifying areas of improvement through assessment, increasing soft skills, onboarding new salespeople, and leading training activities.WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Work with SMEs (both internal and external) to capture knowledge and real-world experience to be delivered within enablement initiatives and programs.• Determine the appropriate vehicles (training, tools, portals, resources, etc.)to deliver the desired outcomes.• Execute virtual and face-to-face training and individual coaching delivery(eLearning/virtual/traditional classroom).• Provide communications support including facilitation of live and virtualenablement programs.• Deliver coaching sessions to sales representatives; focus on the continuousdevelopment of sales skills.• Support managers in improving the sales performance of low, average, andtop performers.• Calibrate with front-line managers regularly.• Support new hires through coaching and training sessions, 1-1 reviews ofleads/opportunities.• Design and facilitate sales skills workshops together with management andinternal stakeholders• Work with internal teams, such as Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, andSales Operations to conduct training on new products, product positioning,and sales methodology.• Analyze current skills, processes, knowledge, and processes and work withthe sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development.• Create and update playbooks based on seller feedback and shifting marketdemands.• Help create a development program for frontline managers to ensure theyhave the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools required to lead their sales.teams effectively• Create and keep a repository of sales enablement materials up to date.• Lead sales projects designed to improve sales performance.• Other projects as assigned by leadership.SKILLS:• Fluent English + 1 foreign language.• B2B IT sales experience.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Punctual, reliable, and strong attention to detail.• Strong time management skills.• Self-motivated, upbeat, organized, and highly persistent in follow-up.• Flexible, a team player, and open to changes in responsibilities and strategies.• Project management and strategic planning.• Hold self and others accountable with accurate and transparent reporting.WHAT YOU BRING: • 3+ years of sales enablement management experience with global high-techB2B organizations.• Previous experience in the IT/Software/Security industry is preferred.• Experience in delivering training sessions, mentoring, shadowing, and publicspeaking.• First-hand knowledge of MSP, VAR, DRM, and Distribution business models aplus.• Knowledge of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, backup, or business continuityexperience a plus.
