POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a Full Stack AI Developer on our Data Intelligence team within Corporate Finance, you will design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that revolutionize financial analysis, forecasting, and optimization. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of key AI products—including document processing agents, finance chat assistants, and more—from ideation through production, collaborating closely with finance and data teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and deploy AI/ML models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and document intelligence.
• Rapidly prototype novel solutions and assess business impact before scaling.
• Build internal tools that embed AI into finance workflows (e.g., reconciliation, reporting, invoicing).
• Package AI outputs into intuitive applications for users of all technical levels.
• Leverage structured and unstructured financial data (e.g., Snowflake) to engineer features and train models.
• Collaborate with the data team to align schemas and pipelines.
• Partner with finance leaders to understand needs and translate into effective AI solutions.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights based on AI outputs to finance stakeholders.
• Write clean, well-documented, version-controlled, and tested code.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks, and propose their adoption.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production, ideally in finance or enterprise settings—but passionate candidates with demonstrated project impact are encouraged.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, scikit‑learn, Transformers).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business processes into AI-enhanced solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills (finance, BI, engineering).
• Experience developing lightweight web applications using JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, React).

OPTIONAL/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Familiarity with financial systems or ERPs such as NetSuite, Power BI.
• Prior experience building internal tools or productizing data science.
• A drive to build, lead, and own AI initiatives end-to-end.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :
En tant que Full Stack AI Developer au sein de l’équipe Data Intelligence du département Corporate Finance, vous concevrez, développerez et déploierez des solutions IA/ML pour transformer l’analyse, la prévision et l’optimisation financière. Vous serez responsable de projets clés tels qu’agents de traitement documentaire, assistants financiers automatisés, et autres outils intelligents, de la conception à la mise en production, en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes finance et data.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :
• Concevoir et déployer des modèles IA/ML pour la prévision, la détection d’anomalies et l’intelligence documentaire.
• Prototyper rapidement de nouvelles approches et mesurer leur impact avant de les industrialiser.
• Développer des applications internes intégrant l’IA à des workflows financiers (réconciliations, rapports, facturation).
• Transformer les sorties IA en outils conviviaux pour utilisateurs techniques et non-techniques.
• Exploiter les données financières structurées et non structurées (e.g. Snowflake) pour ingérer, traiter et entraîner des modèles.
• Collaborer avec l’équipe data pour harmoniser les schémas et pipelines.
• Travailler avec les leaders finance pour comprendre leurs besoins et convertir en solutions IA pertinentes.
• Présenter des résultats AI clairs et exploitables aux parties prenantes financières.
• Produire un code propre, documenté, versionné et testé.
• Se tenir à jour des avancées IA/ML et proposer de nouvelles librairies ou frameworks.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES / MINIMALES :
• Baccalauréat en génie logiciel, informatique ou domaine connexe.
• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans la mise en production de solutions IA/ML, idéalement en finance ou en entreprises ; des profils passionnés et avec des projets concrets sont aussi encouragés.
• Maîtrise de Python et des bibliothèques Pandas, scikit‑learn, Transformers.
• Esprit analytique et capacité à traduire les processus métier en solutions IA.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et collaboration inter‑disciplinaire (finance, BI, ingénierie).
• Expérience en développement front‑end/back‑end léger avec JavaScript (Node.js, React).

QUALIFICATIONS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES OU SOUHAITÉES :
