Job Description

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Data Analyst is highly technical role and requires comfort working with large data sets, multiple technology tools, and third-party suppliers.   The role is part of the Data Management Team within the broader Supply Chain organization.  A successful candidate will add value by ensuring item master data integrity, supplier pricing data, supporting M&A onboarding activities, and e-commerce expansion.

This role will assist with strategic supply chain decision making through data modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization.  This analyst will provide ad hoc reporting for Supply Chain leadership and plays a critical role in upholding governance standards related to the Item Master, pricing, and business usage practices. 

Essential Functions

  • Build, maintain, and enhance data workflows to support supply chain modeling and decision-making
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, cost savings, and operational efficiencies in Supply Chain and Data Management.
  • Lead the use of reporting tools to track data quality, usage trends, and project milestones, ensuring actionable insights are available to stakeholders
  • Support data remediation efforts by leveraging AI-driven tools for gap-filling, correcting, and fuzzy-matching data, ensuring data quality and consistency across systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Item Master and Supplier Pricing data continuous improvement
  • Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to Supply Chain leadership on spend, pricing, and pricing compliance. 
  • Present analytical findings to Senior Leadership in a clear, concise, and data-driven manner
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, regularly communicating progress, insights, and alignment between Item Master data strategies and business goals
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain analytics
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, solve complex data issues, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate or power user), Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and data management tools; familiar user of one or more data management tools (e.g. Oracle, Collibra, Informatica, Purview) and PMIs; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Exposure to SQL, Python, or other programming / data tools is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field, required

  • Daytona Beach, FL- Onsite

Travel

Less than 10%, National

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and sitting for long periods of time.

Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.

Compensation Range:

$58,700.00 - $87,900.00

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
