Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000.

Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.

Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.

Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

SUMMARY

The BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence (BI) solutions, to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on creating and maintaining data models, reporting and procuring data. The BI Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that provide actionable insights. A key aspect of this role is leveraging Microsoft Fabric for data integration, data warehousing, and analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:

• MCSA in Power Bi preferred

Work Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a BI developer role.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics).
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Dataflows, etc.).
• Experience with BI reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric, including its components (Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Power BI integration).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications.
• Ability to compose professional internal and external business communications including reports, memos, letters, and e-mails.

Job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures. Duties are performed with specific directions given and work is checked or verified on a frequent basis.
