Who You Are

Job Overview: We are seeking a driven and highly skilled Epic Certified Analyst with strong Epic technical experience to join Kyndryl’s team. In this role, you will support healthcare providers and payers and serve as a subject matter expert and lead initiatives of the Epic systems in the cloud.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with: 
    • Epic Clarity and Caboodle Certification.
    • Deep understanding of Epic systems, databases, and Epic’s Cogito reporting and analytics components, such as Chronicles, Clarity, Reporting work bench, Caboodle, Slicer/Dicer, Radar.
    • Experience with SQL server administration, datawarehouse solutions and cloud-based analytics solutions.
    • Experience leading Epic reporting and analytics implementations and providing healthcare analytics solutions.
    • Experience creating technical documentation, system diagrams, and integration with third-party software applications.
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare business processes (clinical, access billing) and healthcare IT operations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience with Epic, especially in Epic Cogito reporting tool suite.
  • Proven success in multiple project implementations and a history of delivering Epic reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Strong ability to present project ideas, solutions, and results to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and SharePoint.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $110,880 to $210,600 based on a full-time schedule.  

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:     

California: $122,040 to $252,840 

Colorado: $110,880 to $210,600 

New York City: $133,080 to $252,840 

Washington: $122,040 to $231,720 

Washington DC: $122,040 to $231,720 

  

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.  Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
