Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI/ML architectures for CAI priority projects. Provide architectural oversight and technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct architecture reviews for CAI projects targeted for production deployment. Identify architectural gaps and propose actionable strategies to address them.

  • Collaborate closely with Model Development, Model Operations, Model Governance, and GPT teams. Influence product managers and architects to align roadmaps with CAI project needs and close identified gaps.

  • Partner with Domain and Chief Architects to evolve EDO’s architecture strategy, including: (a) Agentic Generative AI Architecture (b) SageMaker Unified Studio implementation

  • Lead technical evaluations of emerging data and analytics platforms such as Databricks and recommend adoption strategies.

  • Actively participate in daily scrum meetings, offering technical consulting and guidance to project teams.

  • Dedicate at least 30% of the time to hands-on coding, prototyping, and development of AI/ML solutions.

  • Perform code and design reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with AWS and Cloud Infrastructure (AI/ML cloud infrastructure) and CI/CD development

  • Experience evaluating vendor products and standardization of the technology

  • 8 years related work experience within AI/ML space

  • 3 years of technology architect or technical lead experience.

  • Experience with SageMaker, and modern MLOps practices.

  • Familiarity and experience with generative AI frameworks and agent-based architecture.

Preferred Skills:

  • Machine Learning model development experience is preferred.

  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar analytics platforms.

  • Knowledge of model governance and regulatory compliance in AI.

  • Graduate degree preferred.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
