As the GenAI Marketing Operations Manager, you will architect and execute our AI transformation strategy within the MOPs organization. Your mission is to pioneer the next generation of marketing innovation at OutSystems. This highly cross-functional role blends deep technical execution with forward-looking strategy, making it ideal for a leader passionate about shaping the future of marketing by operationalizing AI.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute the GenAI Roadmap: Partner with MOPs leaders (SDR Ops, MDM, Campaign Ops, Marketing Performance Management), Digital, and Data Science to build and drive a prioritized roadmap of high-impact AI initiatives.

  • Architect Scalable Solutions: Translate marketing and sales requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. You will leverage our core martech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach) and the OutSystems platform itself to build and refine our AI-powered operational engine.

  • Implement AI-Powered Workflows: Lead the hands-on implementation of GenAI models and AI features within our tools to enhance campaign personalization, automate SDR workflows, and improve data enrichment logic. This includes prompt engineering, use-case experimentation, and iterative performance tuning.

  • Manage Technology & Integrations: Oversee the technical integration of AI functionalities, ensuring seamless data flows between platforms.

  • Champion AI Adoption and Governance: Drive change management and foster AI literacy across the marketing team through structured training and clear documentation. You will establish governance frameworks to ensure AI is used effectively, ethically, and consistently.

  • Measure and Optimize Performance: In partnership with the Marketing Performance Management team, establish metrics to quantify the impact of AI initiatives on efficiency and program performance. 

Key Qualifications

What You'll Bring to OutSystems:

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior Marketing Operations, Technical Marketing, or Business Systems role, preferably within a B2B enterprise software environment.

  • Hands-on, administrative-level experience with core marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).

  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools and data automation workflows from concept to completion.

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex, technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders across functions like Sales, IT, and Data Science.

  • An innovative mindset with a deep passion for leveraging emerging generative AI technologies to solve practical business problems.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with data integration via APIs and light scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) to connect systems and automate data flows.

  • Experience with data governance frameworks and improving data quality at scale.

  • Salesforce system administrator certification a plus
