What You Will Achieve

  • Contribute to project tasks and milestones, organizing work to meet deadlines and ensuring regular reviews for technical judgment, completeness, and accuracy.

  • Learn and apply basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate work team, working in a structured environment and seeking guidance from colleagues.

  • Make decisions within limited options to resolve basic problems under the supervisor's direction, exercising judgment with reliance on the supervisor.

  • Design, develop, and implement IT solutions that meet both short-term and long-term needs, ensuring alignment with technical design specifications.

  • Participate in teams to implement, deliver, and support technical solutions for business clients, documenting and transferring knowledge as needed.

  • Actively monitor and evaluate other companies' Business Intelligence and data usage, bringing best practices to Pfizer where applicable.

  • Oversee and manage the rollout and support of technology solutions, building web-based solutions according to technical design specifications.

  • Communicate updates and key milestones effectively, managing risk identification and ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in processes.

  • Collaborate to enhance the culture and awareness of the pharmaceutical industry, utilizing statistics, visualization, and analytics to derive insights from data.

  • Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in processes by leveraging data insights and best practices from other companies.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a High school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in application development projects with a thorough understanding of Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing, Big Data/Advanced Analytic concepts

  • Demonstrated collaborative, consultative, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management skills with demonstrated business acumen and leadership behavior

  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills

  • Change agile and willing to contribute fresh and innovative ideas

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Exposure to programming languages is highly desirable

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI

  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to perform mathematical calculations and ability to perform complex data analysis.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $59,900.00 to $99,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
