Job Description

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Data Analyst, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

• Conduct sales data collection and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Quote and support customer pricing management to maintain competitive advantage.

• Support the sales team by addressing business enquiries and providing administrative assistance.

• Analyze data to generate meaningful insights that drive improvements in sales strategies and processes.

• Maintain social media presence to enhance customer engagement.

• Create analytics reports for KPI tracking, such as weekly sales reports, to monitor performance.

• Assist in planning and hosting marketing events to promote products and engage customers.

• Collaborate with 3rd party agencies on various tasks to support marketing and sales initiatives.

• Create marketing materials, e.g., for event or product communication, to support promotional activities.

• Assist in preparing presentation slides for internal and external stakeholders.

• Handle other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team.

Qualifications

👤 What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Students currently pursuing studies in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.

• Able to work full-time for a period of at least 6 months to ensure project continuity.

• Ability to communicate fluently in English to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Comfortable handling data across various systems and supporting ad hoc requests from departmental colleagues to meet business needs.

• Mature, motivated, takes initiative, and has a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Able to multi-task and work independently with a high level of responsibility to complete tasks in a timely manner. • Able to work in a multinational and culturally diversified environment, fostering inclusivity and respect.

• Knowledge of Power BI & SAP is preferred for enhanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.

• Experience in creating reports and managing data is preferred to contribute effectively to data-driven decision-making.
