Could you be the full-time Services Procurement Data Analyst in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?

 

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Titus Ardevan (Domains Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca).

You'll be in charge of providing value-added data analysis for all Services Procurement PL team, identify opportunities for Services Procurement PL team based on data analysis and propose improvement of Services related metrics.

 

We’ll look to you for:

Services data expert:

  • become an expert in data analysis on key Services data source: LCC, SPPL, REFLIBS, Parts 360, CBOM, Celonis, GSI, QLIK;
  • provide on demand value added data analysis to all Services Procurement PL team;
  • identify any opportunities based on data analysis: prices variation, reference bundle.

 

CBOM:

  • supply added value information to Services Product Managers;
  • identify key scopes and gaps on CBOM tool;
  • support the KPI dashboard building to monitor demand management deployment.

 

LCC & REFLIB:

  • supply added value information to LCC & Competitiveness Team;
  • identify main evolution and gaps;
  • propose ideas to automatize and accelerate Reflib updates.

 

Continous Improvement:

  • identify opportunities of smart AI usage to boos team efficiency;
  • provide teams with trainings and tips on tool / data usage.

  • Business School or Engineering school degree;
  • 3 years’ experience in Services or Rolling stock business in transportation industry or in data analysis;
  • proven capability to use tools and provide valuable synthetic analysis from large amount of data;
  • ability to translate data into valuable business needs;
  • continuous improvement mindset;
  • excellent data collection tools, BI and analysis skills;
  • ability and willingness to drive all matters internally with various stakeholders;
  • agile and open minded;
  • rigorous, reliable, autonomous, results and customer services driven;
  • willingness to take initiative
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • resilient, pragmatic and solution oriented.
