Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Salesforce Data Analyst to support and optimize our Salesforce helpdesk operations with strong Salesforce Administration skills and a passion for data integration and emerging technologies. This role bridges the gap between CRM data insights and support efficiency, providing reporting, analysis, and operational oversight for our Salesforce Org and helpdesk environments.

This role will play a crucial part in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem, with a forward-looking view toward Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake integration, and Agent Force implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience using Salesforce to manage support workflows, analyze service data, and recommend process improvements that enhance user satisfaction and system performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Configuration and Maintenance: Support ongoing customization and configuration including page layouts, fields, record types, validation rules, and flows.
  • Training & Documentation: Provide user training and create documentation for common tasks and best practices.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and assist in release readiness and testing.
  • Data Management: Assist in data imports, exports, cleansing, and de-duplication efforts using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
  • Data Quality & Integrity: Analyze, interpret, and visualize Salesforce data to support business insights, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, understanding data requirements and delivering solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and datasets using Salesforce (Classic and Lightning) and external tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for and support Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives.
  • Participate in planning and testing integrations with Snowflake for centralized data warehousing and analytics.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of Agent Force to enhance customer service and agent productivity.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and data technology trends, proactively identifying opportunities for platform and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other admins, analysts, and stakeholders to improve system efficiency and user experience.

What We Need

  • 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce data or analytics role
  • 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce Analyst, Support, or Admin role
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator; active Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM-201) preferred
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce core features including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reports, dashboards, SOQL, and data modeling
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or CRM Analytics
  • Solid understanding of data management, governance, and integration principles
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
  • Interest or experience in implementing or working with Agent Force or similar agent productivity tools
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica)
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, or other declarative automation tools
  • Familiarity with data import/export tools such as Data Loader

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and drives tasks to completion in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, sprints, and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
  • Adaptability and continuous learning mindset, staying current on Salesforce updates, features, and best practices
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement
