Job Description

Role Overview
As a Data Architect, you will design and implement robust data frameworks and governance standards to ensure scalability, quality, and integrity of our enterprise data. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to drive data platform initiatives that power business intelligence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve enterprise data architecture aligned with business and technology strategy
  • Lead the design of logical and physical data models across systems
  • Establish best practices for data governance, security, and quality
  • Design scalable data integration pipelines and infrastructure
  • Work cross-functionally to align data structures and standards across products
  • Drive adoption of cloud-native data platforms and modern data stack tools
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to data engineers and analysts
  • Champion the use of AI/ML-ready data architectures to support advanced analytics

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, warehousing, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Kafka) and data lakes/warehouses
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with AI/ML and data science workflows
  • Experience with regulatory data compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Working knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) and APIs
  • Additional languages a plus

  • Salary Range: $215,000 to $230,000 annually + bonus
