직무 소개:

쿠팡페이의 Fintech Data Platform 팀은 Spark, Flink 등 Big Data Processing 기술을 통해 쿠페이 에서 발생하는 하루 약 X,000,000 건의 주문/결제 데이터를 실시간으로 분석하고 있습니다.

실시간 분석 결과에 기반한 Fintech.FDS 는 그 처리량과 검출 기술 수준에서 이미 업계 최고 수준 시스템으로 평가 받고 있으며, 이를 통해 쿠팡페이는 탁월한 안정성을 바탕으로 거래를 처리하고 있습니다.

또한, Fintech Data Platform 팀은 데이터를 수집/가공/분석/보고하는 완전한 데이터 플로우를 구성하여 쿠팡에서 발생한 주문/결제/쿠페이 가입/인증 등 다양한 원천 데이터에 대한 광범위한 분석이 가능하도록 해 데이터에 기반한 의사결정을 가능하게 하고 있습니다.

업무 내용:

• 다양한 팀과 긴밀하게 협업하여 데이터 요구사항을 파악하고, 비즈니스 성장을 이끌 핵심 KPI를 정의하며, 주요 속성들을 로그에 남기도록 데이터 소스 제공자에게 영향력을 행사합니다.

자격 요건:

• 컴퓨터 공학 또는 이에 준하는 학사 및/또는 석사 학위 보유
• 데이터 모델링, 데이터 아키텍처, 데이터 웨어하우징에 대한 깊은 이해를 갖고 빅데이터 분야에서 일한 3년 이상의 경력
• Spark, Flink 등 다양한 빅데이터 컴포넌트를 활용한 분산 처리에 대한 탄탄한 실무 경험
• 빅데이터 플랫폼, 데이터 웨어하우징 개념, SQL 및 NoSQL 언어, MPP 데이터베이스에 대한 폭넓은 경험

The Fintech Data Platform team at Coupang Pay analyzes approximately millions orders and payment data generated daily by Coupay in real-time through big data processing technologies like Spark, Flink, etc.

Our Fintech.FDS, built on real-time analysis, is already hailed as a top-tier system in processing capacity and detection technology, ensuring utmost stability for transactions processed by Coupang Pay.

Furthermore, our Fintech Data Platform team enables comprehensive analysis of various source data from Coupang, including orders, payments, Coupay sign-ups, and authentications, by establishing a seamless data flow for data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting. This paves the way for data-driven decision making.

To drive continuous improvement and foster the development of diverse data-driven services, we are now opening a job position for Senior Data Engineer within the Fintech Data Platform team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other teams, identify their data needs, identify core KPI's to drive business growth, Influence source data producers to log key attributes.
• Work closely with other stakeholders to improve the data quality, find and fix data issues.
• Design and build reliable data pipelines using modern distributed processing technologies such as Spark, Flink, Presto, Hudi, Doris and ClickHouse with the ability to scale very large data volumes.
• Design and build tableau dashboards for Fintech Tech units and specific Business units.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience working on Bigdata with deep understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data warehousing.
• Strong hands-on experience in distributed processing using Spark, Flink or other big data components.
• Extensive experience Bigdata Platform, Data Warehousing concepts and languages (SQL, NoSQL) and MPP databases.
• Problem solver, Pragmatic and Open-minded.
• Experience with handling large data volumes in a distributed environment.
• Hands on experience with Cloud Based Computing platforms such as AWS and understanding of scalability and reliability issues.
• Hands-on experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python or similar languages.
• Experience in financial services industry is a plus.
• English speaker is a plus.

Document Return Policy

1. This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
