IntusCare empowers care providers to mitigate high risk events and equips executives with the tools to make informed decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational data. Our mission is to catalyze data driven change to achieve high-value, multi-disciplinary care for older adults. In addition, IntusCare offers a broad range of technical assistance and consulting services to support PACE programs under development and existing programs that are growing and evolving to meet the needs of their communities.

In addition to our analytics solutions, we offer a range of consulting and technical support services for both new and established PACE programs as they grow and adapt to meet the needs of their communities.

Position Description

In this role, you will...

  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to a team of software engineers building healthcare analytics solutions

  • Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and best practices for new and existing products

  • Lead design discussions, code reviews, and ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and security

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

  • Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

  • Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, growth, and continuous improvement

  • Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant with healthcare industry standards (e.g., HIPAA)

  • Identify and address technical risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement

  • Stay current on emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer

  • Strong understanding of healthcare data structures and analytics focused on Value-Based Care metrics.

  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Airflow, DBT, and Selenium

  • Snowflake certifications (e.g., SnowPro Core, Architect)

  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).

  • Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in healthcare analytics.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $160K–$190K. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.

Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
