Our 800+ Martians across North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia exist to drive growth for our people, our clients, and our communities all across the globe.  As the Senior Product Director for Mars United, you will lead the strategy, development, and continuous evolution of our proprietary Mars United platform. You’ll be responsible for driving innovation, optimizing usability, and delivering scalable solutions that meet the diverse needs of multidisciplinary teams across Mars United’s' global operations. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and strong cross-functional collaboration.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES: 
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with Mars United’s business goals and data priorities. 
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, internal feedback, and emerging technologies to evolve the product offering. 
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, feature definition, prioritization, development, and post-launch optimization. 
  • Ensure Mars United delivers consistent value across different teams and business units. 
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI design, marketing, and business teams to define requirements and ensure successful delivery.
    Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to champion platform adoption and gather feedback.
  • Advocate for user-first design principles. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to improve product experience.
  • Partner with design teams to ensure Mars United is intuitive, modern, and visually aligned with company standards.
  • Establish success metrics and reporting frameworks to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and product iterations.
  • Proactively identify product risks, technical dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks.
  • Implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless platform performance.
  • Provide regular updates, roadmaps, and strategic presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
    Translate complex product concepts into clear, actionable updates for diverse audiences. 
SKILLSETS REQUIRED: 
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing complex data platforms or digital tools
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure, BI tools, SQL, and Python is preferred
  • Deep understanding of data management, visualization, and integration best practices.
  • Proven ability to craft and execute strategies that drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and applying insights.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring product managers
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree a plus.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
