We are actively seeking Senior Designers for future opportunities on both our Fintech and Flywheel UX teams. Each role focuses on distinct, high-impact challenges. We'll collaborate with you during the interview process to determine the best fit based on your experience, impact, and aspirations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Complex Projects: Drive complex design initiatives that extend beyond Fintech and Flywheel capabilities, ensuring cohesive and frictionless user journeys from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Design for Scale: Develop and evolve UX patterns, systems, and frameworks to guarantee both consistency and innovation across our product ecosystem.
  • Craft with AI:  Utilize AI to expand design explorations, prototyping, and research. Craft AI first experiences, including agentic and conversational experiences, improving efficiency for our internal go-to-market teams and creating personalized self-service experiences for our customers. 
  • Collaborate & Lead Across Functions: Foster deep partnership with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, Product Designer, and our Go to Market, Finance and Strategy Partners.
  • Measure & Iterate for Real Impact: Define success metrics, validate with analytics and qualitative insights, and iterate relentlessly for both user value and business outcomes.
  • Foster a Bold, Inclusive Culture: Elevate team craft, mentor others, share feedback, and help define what’s next for Fintech and Flywheel at HubSpot.

What You’ll Bring To HubSpot

  • Proven Product Design Craft Expertise: To stand out in the application process, share a portfolio that showcases depth of craft, systems thinking, and measurable impact on users and the business, especially in complex, scalable, or platform environments.
    • Please include at least three recent case studies highlighting these strengths.
  • Collaborative Leadership: A history of influencing outcomes across disciplines by building trust, driving alignment, and championing user-centric solutions.
  • Systems and Scale Thinking: Passion for connecting the dots across products and platforms, designing experiences that grow with our customers and business needs.
  • Adaptability & Change Readiness: Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset in the face of change. You’re energized by new challenges and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Which Level is Right for Me?

We’re hiring across different levels—your exact fit will be determined during our interview process as we match your impact and growth trajectory:

  • Senior Product Designer I: Leads complex, high-impact design initiatives, often demonstrating deep expertise in one area while ensuring quality and consistency across teams. Owns features or flows, drives autonomous problem-solving, and influences both project direction and product vision. Clearly communicates design decisions and champions high-quality, accessible, and inclusive user experiences.
  • Senior Product Designer II: Leads complex, system-level initiatives spanning multiple products or features with high autonomy. Recognized as a driving force for elevating team craft and vision, they shape multi-faceted design systems, proactively identify and solve ambiguous user and business problems, and influence strategy and product direction at scale. Senior IIs mentor peers and guide teams, using clear communication to drive alignment and decision-making across teams and stakeholders.
