The Role
As we continue to grow our network and strengthen our commitment to improving health outcomes, we are looking for a Healthcare Data and Systems Analyst to join our Medical Partnerships team on a full-time basis.
This role combines data analytics, technical support and healthcare insight to provide the Medical Partnership team with accurate, timely and actionable data to drive meaningful impact. Working closely with the Head of Medical Partnership, you’ll collaborate across departments to streamline reporting and enhance data integrity. You will also be the first point of contact for our in-house software development team, ensuring seamless and efficient IT operations. Additional responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Medical Partnership initiatives
- Integrate data from multiple sources (EMRs, CRM, finance) into unified reports
- Collaborate with team leads to gather requirements and create actionable visualisations
- Monitor KPIs related to referrals, funding, service delivery, and engagement
- Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance standards in healthcare context
- Assist with automation of reporting workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Automate, macros)
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Power BI, Power Query
- Proficiency in CSV, TSV, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Understanding of data integration across CRM, EMR and financial systems
- Knowledge of M365 and experience supporting technical users
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Desirable:
- Experience or strong interest in the healthcare setting
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in team or technical support environment.
- Some level of formal IT training.
