What You’ll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI and analytics solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
• Architect and execute the AI roadmap using agile squads and modern platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed analytics into business processes and decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience with GenAI, machine learning, and data science platforms.
• Proven leadership in agile environments, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath, Jenkins) and AI platforms (e.g. AWS Sagemaker, Datarobot).
• A passion for mentoring, team development, and driving scalable, data-driven solutions.
