We are seeking a technically-skilled and business-savvy person to create, develop and maintain visually engaging solutions for GRO and GRA organisation.
This role will work closely with process owners to design, develop, and maintain scalable, user-friendly dashboards that drive data-informed decision-making.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
Design, develop and maintain dashboards for business processes, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability.
Integrate data from multiple source systems using Power Query, DAX, and dataflows.
Collaborate with process owners to understand KPIs, compliance requirements, and reporting needs.
Build and maintain a scalable data model that supports cross-process reporting and executive-level dashboards.
Develop personalized dashboards for senior leadership, combining key metrics across processes.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all reports and visualizations.
Document dashboard logic, data sources, and user guides to support adoption and maintenance.
Continuously improve dashboard functionality based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Support the expansion of the platform to additional processes and use cases.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
4+ years of experience in Power BI dashboards development, including DAX, Power Query, Logic Apps, Power Automate, data modelling, etc.
Understanding of business process analysis and performance metrics.
Understanding of Veeva Vault
Experience working with multiple data sources (e.g., SharePoint, SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms).
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
