ABOUT THE JOB:
As we expand our Data Team, we are looking for an ETF Data Analyst to support the continued growth and evolution of our ETF database and analytics platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational & Data Management
- Monitor new ETF product launches
- Integrate funds into our database by identifying key ETF features
- Apply our proprietary classification system to categorize funds
- Maintain professional relationships with ETF issuers and other key stakeholders
- Analyze and document local ETF market characteristics across regions (Europe, US, Canada, Asia-Pacific, etc.)
Data Quality
- Apply established monitoring procedures (e.g., daily outlier detection, monthly volatility reviews)
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency
- Participate in database audits and ensure data consistency across markets
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Support the design and production of internal reports to assist decision-making
- Combine market knowledge with technical skills to deliver actionable insights
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
Required:
- Strong interest in financial markets and asset management
- Strong understanding of financial products, particularly ETFs
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in both French and English
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience in the ETF ecosystem
- Good command of SQL
- Familiarity with market data tools and financial information platforms
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: fit and technical questions.
