System Engineer

The System Engineer plays a key role in building and maintaining data infrastructure, developing Power BI dashboards, and delivering business applications using Power Apps. This position supports company-wide digital transformation through automation, AI integration, and process optimization

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust database systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility

• Monitor performance and optimize databases for maximum efficiency

• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to various users

• Collaborate with business units to understand analytics needs and translate them into technical specifications

• Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps and other relevant technologies

• Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly

• Lead digital transformation projects aimed at automating processes and improving workflow efficiency

• Stay updated with emerging digital trends and propose relevant technologies for integration

• Integrate AI solutions to analyze data trends and enhance decision-making processes

• Work with data scientists and other team members to implement machine learning models

• Support cross-functional teams with technical expertise and solution implementation

• Ensure support and maintenance of existing systems to minimize downtime

Our requirements:

• A minimum of a BS in Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or similar

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive industry

• Advanced skills in Power BI and Power Apps

• Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)

• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.)

• Understanding of AI concepts and machine learning frameworks

• Proficient English language skills - spoken and written

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Proactive, highly organized person with good time management and affinity for teamwork
