We are seeking a business-savvy and technically proficient Analytics Lead (TPM) to drive our data-driven initiatives within the CIS BIA organization. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and executional excellence, with a focus on leading high-impact projects, collaborating across departments, and shaping scalable analytics frameworks aligned with business priorities. Stakeholder management is a core aspect of this role, requiring the ability to influence and align with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Technical Product Manager, Analytics Lead
We will count on you to:
Lead the development and deployment of analytics solutions, including dashboards, predictive models, and advanced analytics applications.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results through data insights.
Guide and mentor analysts and data scientists to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
Execute at least two end-to-end advanced analytics or machine learning projects, operationalizing these solutions within business workflows.
Build and scale modern data architecture using Azure Data Lakehouse, Synapse, and other Azure services.
Drive adoption of GenAI frameworks and contribute to innovative data-centric GenAI use cases.
Act as the primary liaison between business units and analytics teams, facilitating stakeholder alignment and expectation management.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across the organization.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of analytics experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or senior role.
Proven hands-on expertise in Python or R for advanced analytics and machine learning.
Experience leading at least two end-to-end analytics or ML projects.
Strong knowledge of building and scaling data warehousing and lakehouse environments.
Proficiency with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, Azure ML).
Excellent data visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to design scalable data frameworks aligned with enterprise goals.
