Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Consultant with expertise in Healthcare, SQL, and Data science to join our consulting team. The Consultant will play a key role in providing data analysis, modeling, and strategic insights to our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare domain, data analytics, Gen AI, python programming, and the ability to drive data-driven solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Modeling:
- Experience in developing UI mock-ups, prototypes, and deploying analytical solutions
- Develop and implement data models to support client objectives and decision-making.
Statistical Analysis:
- Utilize statistical techniques and methodologies to draw meaningful conclusions from data.
- Apply predictive modeling, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing as needed.
Data Integration:
- Collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources for analysis and modeling.
- Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the process.
Programming and Scripting:
- Write efficient and maintainable code in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Develop custom scripts and applications to address specific client requirements.
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Translate client requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
Data Visualization:
- Create data visualizations using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or data visualization libraries in Python.
- Develop dashboards and reports to present insights to clients in a clear and accessible format.
Report Generation:
- Generate and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for clients to communicate findings and progress.
- Automate report generation processes when applicable.
Data Mining:
- Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within data to uncover hidden insights.
- Use data mining techniques to enhance client decision-making.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis methodologies, code, and findings.
- Create and present clear and concise reports and documentation for clients.
Consulting and Advising:
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on data analysis to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients and offer data-driven solutions to business challenges.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and junior consultants to support projects and knowledge sharing.
Continuous Learning and Best Practices:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and data science.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in data analysis and consulting.
- 2-3 years experience in AIML (Highly Preferred)
- Strong proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Python programming.
- Demonstrated experience with data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Client-facing experience and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $100,000 - $118,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.
Benefits:
As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
