Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Data Analytics is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and analysis of digital marketing initiatives across Kensington’s global footprint. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, working across websites, content, analytics, and cross-functional collaborations to drive measurable business results.

This role requires a strong understanding of website infrastructure, digital performance data, compliance standards, and global coordination. The ideal candidate has experience managing digital teams and executing large-scale, data-informed initiatives across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and performance measurement of digital marketing programs across organic and paid channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Oversee the martech infrastructure for the Kensington brand and make recommendations for investments in digital marketing tools and capabilities to enhance campaign performance, brand awareness, customer insights, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends and collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI capabilities—such as predictive analytics, content automation, and personalization—into digital marketing strategies.
  • Lead the continuous development and optimization of Kensington’s global websites, with an emphasis on user experience, SEO, site performance, and content execution.Ā  Benchmark against industry standards and competition.
  • Analyze website, campaign, and sales performance using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console; provide actionable insights and dashboards for global marketing and sales teams.
  • Ensure website compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and accessibility standards (WCAG), including documentation and ongoing audits.
  • Support the implementation of global web standards across regional sites, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and localized optimization.
  • Own the US eCommerce site, including content updates, UX improvements, and performance reporting to drive online sales and improve conversion.
  • Partner with IT and developers to execute large-scale digital initiatives.
  • Build and maintain scalable documentation for repeatable processes, digital governance, and technical workflows.
  • Manage and mentor digital team members, prioritizing workload, skill development, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website management and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale websites, including performance analysis, UX improvement, and SEO strategy.
  • Ownership experience in eCommerce platforms, with a focus on improving digital sales performance.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (preferably Episerver).
  • Familiarity with digital compliance requirements (e.g., WCAG, privacy laws).
  • Proven ability to work with IT and developers to manage complex digital projects.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional projects with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Experience using Asana (or similar project management tools) to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

Salary Range: $138,600 - $153,630Ā
