About the role
Are you passionate about using data to make a real impact on workplace safety and wellbeing? At Transgrid, we’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to lead the way in Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) data quality, reporting, and analytics.
In this role, you’ll be the subject matter expert on HSW data structures, ensuring accuracy and integrity across our systems. You’ll design and deliver insightful dashboards using Power BI and Excel, helping drive strategic decisions that protect and empower our people. Your strong communication skills and analytical mindset will help you build trusted partnerships across the business, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
About You
You're a data-driven professional who thrives on turning complex information into meaningful insights. With a strong foundation in business intelligence and a passion for HSW, you understand how quality data can drive smarter decisions and safer outcomes. You bring a collaborative mindset and a sharp eye for detail, navigating systems and stakeholders with ease. Whether you're building dashboards, improving reporting processes, or ensuring data integrity, your work helps shape a culture of care and accountability.
You will also bring:
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, including VBA and Power Query
- Experience in business intelligence, systems administration, or database management
- Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety data and reporting requirements
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work independently
