Job Summary
Under general supervision and reporting to the Data Integration Manager, the Operations Data Analyst is responsible for supporting operations by providing data analysis support (including but not limited to metrics, charts, creating reports and monitoring key performance indicators) to the Operations department.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for data analysis and metrics generation for operations
- Define data output formats and develop new metrics that pertain to each customer requirement
- Data management and follow up
- Create templates or customer reports based on customer data
- Support management pertaining to data analysis and metrics generation
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data
- Build reports and tools to assist management with key performance indicators and trends
- Assist with metrics generation for monthly, quarterly, or annual program reviews with customers
- Manage program implementation by evaluating potential risks and opportunities
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education, Experience and other Requirements
5 years+ admin experience in data analysis/metrics generation
Education- High School Graduate or Equivalent
Experience with various MRP/ERP systems and data gathering
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Experience with generating metrics to include: V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.
Experience with coding and Power BI preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a high level of commitment and follow-through
A motivated self-starter who can work both autonomously and collaboratively
US or International citizenship or permanent residence status required depending on work location.
Fluent English – reading and writing is required
Pass pre-hire background check and credit screening

Productivity: Incumbents must perform work in an efficient, effective, and timely manner with minimal direction.
Mobility: Incumbents are required to participate in assigned physical activities which may include light lifting and sitting for prolonged periods of time.
Vision: Vision sufficient to read printed documents, computer screens, and observe behavior of others.
Environment: Typical office conditions, directly working Quality management team, working with the SMS team, and external customers.
Other Factors: Typical hours worked are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Incumbents may be required to work occasional extended hours and weekend overtime.
The employee frequently is required to use hands or finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk (approximately 1-2 miles a day); sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee will occasionally drive long distances to and from various suppliers as needed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.

Pay Range: $21 - $30 hourly, please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
