The College of Veterinary Medicine's Department of Biosciences is seeking a Data Analyst with a strong background in Computer Science to support ongoing data-driven research in a research lab. The successful candidate will analyze system and research requirements, design and implement proof-of-concept solutions, and contribute to data analysis projects that drive scientific discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, model, and implement proof-of-concept prototypes to support AI initiatives using

Python, Java, LangChain4j, and modern AI/LLM frameworks.

· Perform IntelliCage data analysis.

· Perform multiplex data analysis, and other data analysis as needed.

· Help with manuscript writing and data presentation.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Additional Information:

Target Salary Range: $22.93 - $29.95 per hour; commensurate with experience, internal equity, the unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
