Essential Job Functions:
- Design and deliver AI agents and workflows to solve real-world business problems using low-code/AI-automation products like Microsoft’s Copilot Studio/Power Platform and more advanced tools like AI Foundry
- Collaborate with other Enterprise Technology team members and business stakeholders to identify processes suitable for AI Agent integration
- Design the frameworks to govern the use of low-code/AI-automation products
- Provide technical guidance to business users on AI solutions
- Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of AI-powered solutions
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI tooling and incorporate new approaches as appropriate
- Document AI solutions, processes, and decisions to ensure transparency and repeatability
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by championing AI-driven improvements company-wide
Education/Experience/Skills
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science or related degree
- Proven experience delivering low-code/AI-automation solutions from conception to completion
- Strong adherence to best-practices and standards
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform
- Strong Data Analytics skills with a background in machine learning tools and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of model deployment and ML Ops best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to present complex technical concepts clearly
- Knowledge of data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C#
