Essential Job Functions: 

• Design and deliver AI agents and workflows to solve real-world business problems using low-code/AI-automation products like Microsoft’s Copilot Studio/Power Platform and more advanced tools like AI Foundry
• Collaborate with other Enterprise Technology team members and business stakeholders to identify processes suitable for AI Agent integration
• Design the frameworks to govern the use of low-code/AI-automation products
• Provide technical guidance to business users on AI solutions
• Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of AI-powered solutions
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI tooling and incorporate new approaches as appropriate
• Document AI solutions, processes, and decisions to ensure transparency and repeatability
• Contribute to a culture of innovation by championing AI-driven improvements company-wide

Education/Experience/Skills

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science or related degree
• Proven experience delivering low-code/AI-automation solutions from conception to completion
• Strong adherence to best-practices and standards

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform
• Strong Data Analytics skills with a background in machine learning tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of model deployment and ML Ops best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills to present complex technical concepts clearly
• Knowledge of data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C#
