Summary:


Anaconda is seeking a talented Senior GTM Operations Analyst to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.


What You'll Do:


  • Program tracking and common project management principles; mapping complex combinations of resources against objectives, track dependencies and risk, assess impact of change across interdependent work streams and projects
  • Oversee our partner portal, marketplace store and other sales technology and processes, driving automation and process improvements and partnering with our Strategy and Operations team to continuously improve business systems and integrations
  • Develop best practices, scalable mechanisms and repeatable processes on all aspects of the operations and post-close of a partnership. 
  • Drive critical processes and provide daily operational support to sales, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Support partner Sales Engagement, Training/Enablement/Data Enrichment, Customer Relationship Management, Deal Registration, Configure Price Quote, Analytics and Commissions
  • Deliver metrics and reporting to monitor and improve the operational effectiveness of critical channel and partner processes, including onboarding, deal registration and certification. Use this data to drive insights, manage channels, improve productivity and implement actionable change with executive management through regular sales and business reviews.


What You Need:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Partner, or Revenue Operations roles or applicable experience.
  • Excellent teamwork and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of driving innovation and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholder groups on both technical and non-technical matters as well C-suite level stakeholders with demonstrated ability for high productivity, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience building, improving, and implementing new partnership workstreams

What Will Make You Stand Out:


  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Experience with Anaconda or domain expertise of modern AI / ML and cloud computing technologies. 
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or other BI tools
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Proven ability to advance innovative ideas through sound business case development
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute in a changing environment
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and developing creative ways to enable and better partnerships

The US base salary range for this role is $101,500-$175,500 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.


Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
