You’ll be building services that interact directly with AI models and agents—and helping make AI part of the daily routine for thousands of users.If you’ve already worked on AI-driven systems or are curious and excited to dive into the world of machine learning, document understanding, or intelligent automation—that’s a big plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance microservices for the AI Accounting platform
• Own and evolve key components in our ecosystem—from tax logic engines to document reconciliation services
• Work hand-in-hand with AI engineers to connect backend systems with our LLM-based accounting assistant
• Write elegant, maintainable C# code that helps automate accounting tasks across Europe
• Solve challenging problems in high-load environments, with real-time data flows
• Drive architectural decisions, shape best practices, and mentor others
Tech stack: .NET, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with C#/.NET
• Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, especially performance tuning
• Familiar with containerization and Kubernetes
• Clean code advocate who writes testable and maintainable software
• Strong problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy
• Proficient in English, ready to collaborate in a multinational team
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with AI-driven systems, machine learning pipelines, or LLMs
