About the job you’re considering

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Architect to join our team in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will design and implement scalable data architectures and governance frameworks using modern data platforms and tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, security, and compliance while enabling advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities

Your role

  • Design and implement data architecture leveraging Databricks, Unity Catalog, Privacera, and Collibra.
  • Develop, optimize, and manage ETL pipelines using Databricks, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Define and maintain data models and schemas, incorporating governance practices with Unity Catalog and Collibra.
  • Implement data security and compliance strategies using Privacera and Databricks features.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards, including metadata management, lineage tracking, and data quality metrics.
  • Operationalize machine learning models in both batch and real-time data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, and Privacera in enterprise data environments.
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and tools such as Collibra.
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing scalable ETL pipelines and data models.
  • Familiarity with data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $120,000 to $55,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
