Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Advanced position that leads data science projects. Develops and implements sophisticated models and algorithms, provides strategic insights, and drives data-driven decision-making. This role includes leadership in projects, making a strategic impact, and taking on significant mentoring responsibilities for junior and mid-level data scientists.

Responsibilities/Description:

• Lead data science projects from conception to deployment.
• Develop and implement sophisticated models and algorithms.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level data scientists.
• Ensure best practices in data science are followed.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align data science initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:

Education:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).

Experience:

• 4-7 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

• Expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Basic project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
