Location Overview:

Dublin based team that has recently been established which will grow to implement a variety of interesting automation and workflow initiatives to support our Global Corporate and Investment Bankers. You will work with cutting edge technologies such as AI and Generative AI tooling as well as best in industry 3rd Party solutions to help improve the productivity of the bankers we support globally.
Role Description:
A Data Engineer is required in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Technology organisation to support the technical design and implementation of several critical projects:
GCIB Contract Lifecyle Management Strategy – Design and implement a superior risk platform and productivity tool for comprehensive full lifecycle contract management, including setup, edits, approvals, and negotiations. Selection and onboarding of a best in industry third party product will provide a unified, digital, and intelligent system of record for every contract in the platform that will improve visibility and controls with centralized contract data and analytics across contract types. Primary use case is enabling our ability to streamline our understanding of obligations with clauses and terms automatically catalogued and tracked.
GCIB Deals Data Domain – Help drive the registration of a new Authorized Data Store for GCIB for the investment banking and global capital markets deal data domain. You will also partner closely with global capital markets technology to emerge a longer-term data strategy for the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize architectural expertise and experience in design and development of client requirements.
- Code solutions to integrate, clean, transform and control data with 3rd party solutions and established automation tooling.
- Mentor the wider development team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand data requirements and ensure the data architecture is feasible to implement and in line with enterprise standards.
- Ensure that the design and engineering approach for complex data solutions is consistent across multiple flows and systems.
- Conduct research, designs prototyping and other exploration activities such as evaluating new toolsets and capabilities.
