Your Role in Our Mission

You’ll be at the intersection of AI, automation, and operational integrity. You’ll identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and introduce intelligent features that cut manual work, boost accuracy, and accelerate decision‑making. Proficiency with modern vibe coding platforms (Lovable, v0, Replit, Cursor) and mastery of LLM prompting (ChatGPT/agents) are essential. Above all, you must be genuinely passionate about AI; you believe AI will redefine every industry, and you’re driven to master its capabilities, using that expertise to eliminate inefficiencies and deliver game‑changing, measurable outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

AI, Automation & Continuous Innovation

• Evaluate the AI/automation tools to speed up workflows, improve data accuracy, and increase operational intelligence.

• Design, build, test, and deploy end‑to‑end automation processes (using n8n, Retool, custom Python, etc.) that replace repetitive manual tasks.

• Implement AI-driven features in the existing use cases that reduce manual intervention and improve decision-making.

• Bring the best output by utilizing vibe coding platforms like Lovable, v0, Replit, or Cursor to create scalable, maintainable solutions.

• Craft and refine prompts to get precise, context‑aware outputs from ChatGPT and other LLMs.

• Utilize agent‑based AI solutions for deep research, data gathering, and task automation.

• Demonstrate an AI‑obsessed mindset by continuously exploring, experimenting with, and integrating cutting‑edge AI capabilities to eradicate inefficiencies and drive measurable outcomes.

Quality Audits & Compliance

• Conduct regular audits on our client-centric communication channels to identify inefficiencies, errors, and inconsistencies in the provided resolutions.

• Track audit coverage and deliver reports of the audits to the relevant stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate broadly with cross‑functional teams to understand their processes, identify optimization scopes, translate them into high‑impact automation use cases, and implement AI‑driven automation solutions.

• Create feedback loops with teams to iterate on process improvements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.

• 2 years of relevant experience in automation, process optimization, or operational audit is a plus.

• Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React.

• Comfortable working with databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

• Well-versed in vibe coding IDEs or platforms (Lovable, v0, Replit, Cursor).

• Advanced mastery of ChatGPT/LLM prompting techniques and agent mode.

• Experience in conducting client-centric communication audits.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Attention to detail, data sensitivity, and a proactive approach to identifying edge cases and failure points.

• Proactively conducts quality audits to uncover errors, inconsistencies, and improvement points.

• Applies AI & LLMs with vibe‑coding, creating precision‑driven, high‑performance solutions that stay aligned with business goals.

• Stay obsessively on the cutting edge of AI innovation, continuously tracking, experimenting with, and integrating the latest AI trends and breakthroughs.

Your Pay & Perks

• Salary Range: BDT 35,000 - BDT 40,000

• Bi-annual salary review  (Eligibility Condition Applies).
