You will work cross-functionally to support reporting and analysis of store level KPIs (including sales, purchases, inventory, profitability). Led by the Manager, Data and Analytics, this opportunity suits a technically skilled analyst who enjoys problem-solving and thrives on data accuracy and report automation. Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how: 
  • Manage ad-hoc reporting requests, extracting data from various systems and selecting appropriate tools to develop accurate, timely reports.
  • Create, test, and distribute month-end reports in collaboration with business units, pulling and integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Lead the analysis and reporting of store-level KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, identifying trends, and recommending improvements or corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reporting processes using corporate tools and best practices.
  • Support quality control efforts, including POS data scrubbing and vendor/item data accuracy.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on corporate reporting tools and databases, acting as a go-to resource for data structure, usage, and application.
  • Develop and manage Access databases as needed to support ad-hoc or stand-alone reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to the corporate Data Governance process and participate in strategic initiatives, providing insights that support data-driven decision making.
  • Manage and complete assigned projects within scope and timeline expectations, balancing day-to-day reporting with broader business priorities.
We’re looking for: 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with three years of experience in a data or reporting analyst role.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple reporting requests while delivering high-quality outputs on schedule.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and VB coding) and Microsoft Access (query editing, macros, and linked data).
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple systems to consolidate and interpret business performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
