At Paysafe, we believe that data drives better decisions. We're looking for a detail-oriented Reporting & Data Analyst to join our team and support our Customer Service operations with actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in preparing reports, identifying trends, and working closely with stakeholders to improve performance through data.

What to expect:

• Prepare ad-hoc and regular reports on KPIs such as performance, workload, and case trends
• Extract and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and insights
• Translate data into actionable business recommendations and support performance improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of data models relevant to Customer Service
• Act as a subject matter expert on reporting and analytics for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design effective reporting frameworks
• Support the development of analytics models and tools for business decision-making
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and support the CS Management as needed

To be successful you need to have:

• Proven experience in a reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Solid understanding of data structures, relational databases, and reporting best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights
• Experience working in a customer service or operations environment is a plus
• A proactive attitude, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement
