Are you ready to turn data into stories that inspire action? At Specsavers, we’re on a mission to change lives through better sight and hearing—and data is at the heart of how we do it. We’re looking for a Data Visualisation Analyst to join our global data team and help bring our insights to life through compelling, intuitive, and impactful visual storytelling.

This is your chance to make a real difference. You’ll be working with teams across the business to understand their challenges, uncover insights, and design dashboards and reports that don’t just inform—they empower. Using Power BI, SQL, and your creative flair, you’ll transform complex data into clear, engaging visuals that help people make smarter decisions every day. You’ll also play a key role in growing our data community, sharing best practices, and helping others build their own data confidence.

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, collaborative, and passionate about the power of visualisation. You’ll bring experience in building dashboards, cleansing and shaping data, and using tools like DAX and Power Query to create seamless user experiences. You’ll be comfortable working with stakeholders, translating business needs into data solutions, and explaining complex ideas in a way that’s easy to understand. If you’ve got experience with SQL or Python, or you’ve mentored others in data storytelling, even better.

So, are you ready to bring data to life at Specsavers? If you’re looking for a role where you can be creative, make an impact, and help shape the future of data visualisation across a global business—we’d love to hear from you. Join us and help turn insight into action.
