Our Company:

iHealth Labs, founded in 2010, is a pioneer in digital health innovation. We offer a wide range of cloud-connected medical devices, personal health tools, and at-home testing solutions that empower people to live healthier lives through accessible, tech-enabled care. iHealth gained national recognition during the COVID-19 pandemic as a trusted federal partner, distributing millions of FDA-authorized test kits to households across the United States.

Launched in 2018, Unified Care is iHealth’s all-in-one solution for managing chronic conditions such as diabetes. The program combines iHealth medical devices with responsive, patient-centered support—delivered through a mobile app and a care management platform —to provide high-quality care led by a dedicated team of dietitians and health coaches. Today, Unified Care is at the core of iHealth’s growing U.S. healthcare services business, enabling scalable, tech-enabled care for diverse patient populations and driving meaningful health outcomes.

Position Overview:

As the Senior Product Manager for iHealth’s Unified Care Platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of chronic care management. Our platform integrates connected medical devices, EHR systems, and our patient-facing mobile app to support multidisciplinary care teams—including physicians, registered dietitians, and care managers—in delivering personalized, high-quality care at scale.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of core workflows and infrastructure across provider-facing systems and backend services. Your work will unify clinical workflows, patient-generated health data, and enterprise integrations to improve outcomes, streamline operations, and enhance both provider and patient experiences.

What you will do:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Unified Care Management Platform features — driving the design of key workflows and features that support patient care delivery, and ensuring end-to-end integration within the broader Unified Care ecosystem.

  • Lead end-to-end product development for care management features or initaitives, including ideation, research, design, requirements definition, metrics specification, development, launch and iteration to craft quality product experiences and the delivery tools that enable them.

  • Translate requirements across clinical, care management, and revenue cycle management models into detailed product specifications, user stories, and Jira tickets to guide development.

  • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to map workflow, identify pain points, and translate needs into scalable, productized product solutions.

  • Design and launch AI-powered features and intelligent workflows that support clinical decision-making, streamline care coordination and delivery, and drive better patient outcomes.

  • Define and monitor success metrics to assess impact on operational efficiency, care quality, and patient outcomes.

  • Other product related tasks as assigned.

What makes you a good fit:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in healthcare technology—ideally in digital health, telehealth, or virtual care platforms; SaaS experience is a plus

  • Strong domain expertise in chronic disease management, clinical workflows, or care coordination across clinical and operational teams

  • Familiarity with insurance-based care models and payer-driven programs such as RPM, CCM, and APCM

  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, QMB, and dual-eligible populations, with awareness of CMS and payer-specific requirements

  • Passionate about solving complex workflows through systems thinking, user-centered design, and platform-oriented product approaches

  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience defining product metrics and using insights to inform product direction

  • Proven success in building B2B or clinician-facing platforms at scale, especially in enterprise or B2B2C healthcare environments as a plus

  • Experienced in scaling complex platforms in high-growth, operationally intensive settings

  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including design, engineering, clinical stakeholders, and care operations

  • Familiar with emerging healthcare applications of AI and LLMs, with interest in applying them meaningfully to product development

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL).

  • Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.

Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401K

  • Paid Time Off, Federal Holidays, and Leaves

  • Annual Performance-Based Bonus
