Job Overview

We are looking for a Skilled Developer with expertise in both Python and Java to join our engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable integration solutions and backend services, including AI-driven features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software using Python and Java.
• Build and enhance integration frameworks and tools for both cloud and on-premise systems.
• Optimize backend logic, data pipelines, and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with QA teams, product managers, and developers in Agile environments.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and implement intelligent AI agents with autonomous decision-making capabilities.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) into existing applications for AI-driven user experiences.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• 3–5 years of hands-on development experience with Python and Java.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Proficient with tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Experience working with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
