Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de la Gestion des Changements et des Versions ITSM, hautement analytique et collaboratif(ve), pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion des services informatiques (ITSM). Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) dirigera des initiatives de changement qui vont au-delà des cadres ITIL traditionnels, en adoptant l'automatisation intelligente, les analyses prédictives et les améliorations basées sur les données pour gérer les changements IT.

Ce que vous ferez

Gestion des Changements et des Versions

  •  ExĂ©cuter et gĂ©rer les opĂ©rations quotidiennes de gestion des changements et des versions.
  •  AmĂ©liorer continuellement les processus pour soutenir les modĂšles de livraison Agile, DevOps et traditionnels.
  •  Standardiser les types de changements, les classifications de risques, les flux de travail et les chemins d'approbation automatisĂ©s dans ServiceNow.
  •  DĂ©velopper et gĂ©rer le calendrier des versions en coordination avec les parties prenantes IT et mĂ©tier.
  •  Collaborer avec la gestion de la configuration pour assurer l'exactitude et la traçabilitĂ© des enregistrements de changement dans le CMDB.

Gouvernance et Supervision

  •   DĂ©finir et appliquer les politiques de gestion des changements, les garde-fous et les structures de gouvernance en conformitĂ© avec les normes ITIL et de gestion des risques.
  •   PrĂ©sider le comitĂ© consultatif des changements (CAB) pour les changements critiques, Ă  haut risque ou d'urgence.
  •   Maintenir une documentation prĂȘte pour les audits et assurer la conformitĂ© rĂ©glementaire, sĂ©curitaire et interne.
  •   Surveiller l'adhĂ©sion aux processus, identifier les exceptions et renforcer la responsabilitĂ© via des indicateurs et des rapports.

Automatisation et Outils

  • Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes ServiceNow et DevOps pour intĂ©grer les chaĂźnes CI/CD telles que GitHub Actions, Jenkins ou Azure DevOps.
  • Superviser l'automatisation des changements pour garantir la sĂ©curitĂ©, la transparence et la capacitĂ© de retour arriĂšre.
  • Automatiser les tĂąches rĂ©pĂ©titives Ă  l’aide de l’IA et du ML pour amĂ©liorer l'efficacitĂ© et rĂ©duire les efforts manuels.

Rapports et Analyses

  •  DĂ©velopper et maintenir des tableaux de bord et des indicateurs clĂ©s (KPI) sur les changements (taux de succĂšs, taux d’échec, changements d’urgence, dĂ©lais d’approbation).
  •  Fournir des analyses et recommandations basĂ©es sur les donnĂ©es Ă  la direction IT.
  •  Produire des rapports exĂ©cutifs mensuels et trimestriels pour les instances de gouvernance et les audits.

Engagement des Parties Prenantes et Communication

  •  Établir des relations interfonctionnelles solides et promouvoir les initiatives entre les dĂ©partements pour assurer une intĂ©gration et une adoption rĂ©ussies des processus.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Solide comprĂ©hension des pratiques ITIL 4, notamment la gestion des changements, la configuration des services et la gestion des versions.
  • ExpĂ©rience pratique avec ServiceNow et l’automatisation des changements DevOps.

Exigences minimales

DiplĂŽme ou Ă©quivalent et gĂ©nĂ©ralement 10+ annĂ©es d'expĂ©rience pertinente. Moins d'annĂ©es requises si titulaire d’un Master ou Doctorat pertinent.

Compétences et expériences préférées

  • 7+ annĂ©es d’expĂ©rience en gestion des services IT, dont au moins 3 ans en gestion des changements ou des versions.
  • Certification ITIL 4 Foundation ou intermĂ©diaire.
  • Certification ServiceNow (Administrateur systĂšme ou SpĂ©cialiste de l’implĂ©mentation).
  • ExpĂ©rience avec les mĂ©thodologies Agile, Scrum ou SAFe.
  • DiplĂŽme de 4 ans en informatique ou domaine connexe, ou expĂ©rience Ă©quivalente.

Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative ITSM Change and Release Management Lead to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) team. The ideal candidate will lead change initiatives that move beyond traditional ITIL frameworks to embrace intelligent automation, predictive insights, and data-driven improvements in managing IT changes.

What You’ll Do

Change Enablement & Release Management

  • Execute and manage daily Change and Release Management operations
  • Manage and continuously improve the Change Enablement and Release Management processes to support agile, DevOps, and traditional delivery models.
  • Drive standardization of change types, risk classifications, workflows, and automated approval paths within ServiceNow.
  • Develop and manage the release calendar in coordination with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Configuration Management to ensure change records align with CMDB accuracy and traceability.

Governance & Oversight

  • Define and enforce change management policies, guardrails, and governance structures in alignment with ITIL and organizational risk management standards.
  • Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for high-risk, business-critical, and emergency changes.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit requirements.
  • Monitor process adherence, identify exceptions, and drive accountability through metrics, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Automation & Tooling

  • Partner with ServiceNow Engineering and DevOps teams to enable integration between ServiceNow and CI/CD toolchains such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Provide governance and oversight for change automation to ensure safety, transparency, and rollback readiness.
  • Identify and automate routine tasks within the change management lifecycle using AI and ML to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Develop and maintain change dashboards and KPIs (e.g., success rate, failure rate, emergency changes, lead time, approval times).
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to IT leadership on change performance, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly executive reports to support governance forums and audit compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, and champion initiatives across departments to ensure successful process integration and adoption.

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of ITIL 4 practices, especially Change Enablement, Service Configuration Management, and Release Management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Change Management and DevOps Change Automation.
  • Experience implementing or overseeing CI/CD change automation using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
  • Proven track record establishing and maintaining change governance frameworks or audit compliance.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize change management processes.
  • Demonstrated senior level communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver effective presentations.

Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent and  typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if relevant Master’s or Doctorate qualifications.

Preferable Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of IT Service Management experience, with at least 3 years leading Change or Release Management processes
  • ITIL 4 Foundation or Intermediate Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum or SAFe methodologies
  • 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$108,100 - $180,100
