 Job Title: Junior Master Data Specialist

 About the opportunity:  Are you looking to start your career in Master Data Management (MDM)? This is a great opportunity to learn the foundations of the function. In this role as a Junior Master Data Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records that support various business processes. By working closely with teams like Order Services, Finance, and Logistics you’ll ensure data is complete and correct. You’ll help identify and fix duplicates, update outdated entries, and follow company procedures. You’ll also support data analysis, audits, reporting, and ongoing maintenance activities.

 Location: Warsaw – hybrid (8 days on-site monthly) 

Please note this is a 9-month fixed-term assignment.

 What you will do:

• Create and maintain master data records to support various business processes.

• Ensure data accuracy by identifying and correcting duplicates, updating outdated entries, and performing regular data checks.

• Collaborate with teams such as Order Services, Finance, and Logistics to verify and complete required information.

• Follow established procedures and company policies when working with master data.

• Assist with tasks such as data analysis, audits, reporting, documentation, and ongoing data maintenance activities.
   

 What you need for success:

• Computer literacy.

• Very good (written and spoken) level of English.

• Good Excel skills and other Microsoft 365 tools.

• Academic degree is an asset.

• Problem solving skills, team-player, attention to detail, customer-centered mindset.
