What is this role about?

As a Senior Data Analyst, Recovery you’ll be at the heart of optimizing Bondora’s debt collection performance. You’ll turn complex datasets into actionable insights, helping us improve the end of the loan lifecycle and discover new opportunities for recovery. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, drives results with data, and is excited to work closely with product, collections, and legal teams.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Analyze debt collection performance and uncover actionable insights that boost recovery results and loan contract completion rates.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as days in default, behavioral scores, and outstanding balances.
• Use SQL, Python, and Tableau to query, analyze, and visualize customer data, building dashboards that highlight collection effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional collections team to ensure alignment between insights and strategic goals.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by sharing relevant findings with product managers, debt collection agents, and the data team

What would ensure success in this role?

• Proficiency in Tableau or a similar data visualization tool (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong SQL and Python skills for querying and manipulating data.
• Proven ability to analyze customer behavior data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to drive improvements in collection strategy through data.
