About the Role

Propella.ai is seeking a proactive and client-focused AI Product Specialist to join the AI Dojo team. This pivotal role will help shape the vision and execution of the AI Sidekick platform, ensuring Propella.ai remains at the cutting edge of client needs and technological developments. The successful candidate will engage directly with clients to understand and address their requirements, guide product evolution, and contribute to the commercial success of Propella.ai’s solutions. Leading and supporting client training initiatives will also be a key part of the position.

Requirements

  • Lead the product lifecycle for our AI solutions (particularly Sidekick), including roadmap development, feature prioritisation, feature definition, and user feedback integration.Ā 
  • Engage with clients to capture requirements, translate them into actionable product improvements, and ensure our offerings continually solve real business problemsĀ 
  • Scope platform enhancements for AI Dojo customers.Ā 
  • Work closely with engineering and technical teams to design, test/validate and deliver enhancements and new features.Ā 
  • Represent client and market perspectives in product planning discussions, contribute to competitive analysis, and maintain competitor platform comparisons.Ā 
  • Assist to ensure successful client onboarding, solution rollouts, and ongoing support activities.Ā 
  • Assist in planning, preparing content for, and delivery of AI Dojo training sessions (both online and in-person) to support adoption and drive value from our technologies.Ā 
  • Scope development of a self-service LMS platform for training.Ā 
  • Continuous market assessment of AI offerings and solutions.Ā 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to communicate product value and support growth efforts, including presentations, webinars, networking events, and marketing content creation.Ā 
  • Participate in sales calls, including taking the lead when the Managing Director is unavailable, and support follow-ups on leads and deals logged in the CRM.Ā 
  • Assist with proposals for other propella Data & AI Services offerings.Ā 
  • Participate in partner relationship management and reporting, including providing assistance with client reporting, when required.Ā 
  • Participate in sprint planning sessions and maintain accurate timesheets.Ā 

About YouĀ 

  • Experience in an AI/technology product role (e.g. Product Owner, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Client Success Lead, etc.) with a track record of delivering impactful client outcomes.Ā 
  • Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and SaaS platforms.Ā 
  • A knowledge in and true passion for AI.Ā 
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a technology product role of some typeĀ 
  • Outstanding client engagement skills, you thrive on understanding needs and turning them into real-world solutions.Ā 
  • Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ā 
  • Confident presenting to groups and facilitating engaging sessions when required.Ā 
  • Collaborative and comfortable in a small, agile team that moves quickly.Ā 
  • Passionate about driving real business change through AI.Ā 
  • Self-starter with strong organisation and project management skills.Ā 
  • Must be willing to work from our Melbourne CBD office at least 3 days a week in alignment with the rest of the teamĀ

Preferred QualificationsĀ 

  • A Degree in a technology-related field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering). A double degree associated with a Business/Commerce component would be very highly valued.Ā 
  • Previous experience working with AI products or in a consulting role is highly valued.Ā
