Your Responsibilities 

As our new (Senior) Product Manager for Agentic AI, you’ll define the vision and lead the development of AI-powered agents, translating user pain points into secure, compliant, and scalable solutions, and driving innovative capabilities for both external clients and internal analysts.: 

• Product vision & strategy: Develop and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for RepRisk’s agentic AI capabilities. Define how clients and internal analysts gain maximum value through advanced agentic AI functionalities, aligning closely with external client requirements, internal efficiency, strategic business priorities, and integration with existing product offerings.   

• Zero to one product development: Conduct foundational research on internal and external analyst problems. Prioritize opportunities where autonomous AI agents can meaningfully contribute to the solution. Find white space opportunities for increasing efficiencies on teams processing large quantities of data. 

• Go-to-market and product-market fit: Design and execute a go-to-market strategy for innovative agentic AI solutions. Develop early product concepts and test them in rapid iteration cycles directly with external clients  and internal analysts to validate value propositions, gather feedback, and refine toward a scalable product with strong product-market fit.  

• AI & data-pipeline leadership: Collaborate closely with ML, software engineers, and data experts to build robust, scalable agentic AI pipelines. Define and evolve frameworks for factual accuracy, hallucination rate reduction, bias mitigation, and citation integrity. Implement automated red-teaming and continuous QA processes for rigorous quality assurance and operational reliability.   

• Human-in-the-loop workflow: Engage deeply with enterprise clients (banks, asset managers) and internal analysts to establish and manage feedback loops, ensuring continuous improvement of agentic AI effectiveness. Organize iterative user research and prompt-engineering workshops, incorporating direct user insights into enhancing agentic AI capabilities, features, and overall system performance. 

• Cross-functional execution: Lead agile, cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from initial prototyping to full-scale launch. Coordinate closely with ML, backend, frontend, design, DevOps, and go-to-market teams, ensuring seamless product delivery and incremental value creation. 

• Serve as subject matter expert on AI agents: Mentor and collaborate with other product managers, including developing training, workshops, or co-creating experiments, to spread the knowledge and enhance team solution building capabilities.   

• Client & stakeholder management: Facilitate effective communication of development priorities, updates, and client needs across the organization. Translate complex client needs and internal stakeholder requirements into clear, detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications. Develop client-focused documentation, changelogs, FAQs, and internal knowledge repositories. Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to embed Responsible-AI practices and ensure alignment with emerging AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, data privacy).   

Qualifications

You Offer 

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years managing AI, ML, or data-intensive products.   

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, statistics, or a related field. 

• Proven innovation or startup experience, demonstrating the ability to take products from concept ("white paper") stage through to successful market introduction.  

• Interest or prior experience in risk management, compliance, sustainable finance, or data-driven solutions.  

• Proven experience delivering products leveraging large language models (LLMs), generative AI, or advanced machine learning techniques (e.g., RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases).  

• Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, data pipelines, and strong ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.  

• Solid understanding of responsible AI practices and familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act).   

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required); ability to brief C-suite and inspire teams.  

• Hands-on experience designing and managing human-in-the-loop processes, analyst-driven model feedback loops, or agent orchestration.   

• Strong team-player mindset, able to collaborate effectively across diverse groups.
