About You

You have proven experience in marketing automation, AI workflows, and operational enablement, with a strong track record of accelerating growth through process automation and intelligent systems. You don't just build workflows, you design scalable systems that solve real business problems and move the needle.

You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, love building things from scratch, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment. You’re detail-obsessed, systems-minded, and driven by impact.

You're highly proficient with n8n.io, Make.com, or similar workflow automation tools, and you can build reliable, modular flows from scratch. You bring a deep curiosity and working knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering, and you’re ready to push boundaries with PromptLayer and other AI-native tools.

You think like a builder, but with a growth mindset. You understand what matters to the business, and you create systems that serve real needs, not just technical ones.

    • You have proven experience in marketing and sales automation, growth hacking, and problem-solving, with a track record of driving business success by enabling teams and executing impactful strategies.
    • You thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing structure to complexity, ensuring marketing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

    • You communicate clearly and confidently in English, making technical topics easy to understand and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams (English is our primary working language).
    • You stay organized while juggling multiple projects, keeping things moving smoothly and making sure deadlines are met.
    • You think ahead and design solutions that scale, ensuring our marketing operations can grow with the business.

Must-Have Skills & Traits

    • Proven experience with n8n or similar AI workflow builders
    • Interest in AI toolchains (e.g., PromptLayer, Relevance.ai, etc.) and AI proccesses (RAG, MCP, etc.)
    • Experience with APIs and custom integrations, able to connect tools without native integrations, work with webhooks, and manage authentication (OAuth, API keys)
    • Experience with prompt engineering, including managing and versioning prompts at scale
    • Business-oriented: always focused on how tech and ops can drive speed, scale, and business metrics
    • Passionate about automation, efficiency, and scalable systems that won’t break
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of breaking complex problems into logical flows
    • Able to clearly document and communicate workflows and logic to both technical and non-technical teams
    • Extremely organized and self-managed: can own multiple priorities in parallel
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience integrating and creating AI Agents (SDR / BDR) or building internal tools on top of LLM APIs
  • Familiarity with version control of prompts and A/B testing AI behaviors
  • Comfort with basic scripting or querying (e.g., JS, Python, SQL)
  • Exposure to growth tools like Lemlist, Hubspot, Clay, Apify, BigQuery, or Segment
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Ops, Product)

The Role

On a typical day, you will...

  • Build, monitor, and maintain AI-powered automations using tools like n8n and promptlayer
  • Own prompt lifecycle, from engineering and testing to deploying and managing prompts at scale
  • Spot bottlenecks in marketing/growth workflows and fix them fast with automation
  • Enable Marketing & Growth teams with scalable internal tooling and integrations that remove manual work
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Sales Enablement) on experiments and workflows
  • Research, test, and implement new tools, models, or frameworks that unlock competitive advantage
  • Ensure system reliability and data integrity across automated flows and AI-powered logic
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency by identifying and eliminating redundant or manual steps

Salary Range

Our offers are based on the annual salary cost for the company and for this position, we have a budget of 40.000€ to 50.000€.
Translating to everyday language, it could be a total gross package of 30.000€ to 38.000€ (plus other benefits).
 

Interview Process

We try to streamline our recruitment process under one month:

  1. Profile screening - check the exercise on the application page;
  2. Interview with Hiring Manager;
  3. Interview with Marketing Manager;
  4. Interview with People;
  5. Final interview with CEO and/or co-founders.
