Job description

Exodigo is looking for a Junior BI Analyst to join our growing Business Operations team. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring data accuracy and operational visibility across Sales and Field Operations, with a key responsibility in maintaining and improving our internal dashboards and CRM systems. You will work closely with the Sales / Revenue Operations Manager, supporting data-driven decisions across teams in Israel and the US. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage sales data entry and ensure data quality in Hubspot CRM. 
• Act as a Hubspot administrator, supporting pipeline updates and basic system maintenance. 
• Handle systems integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow across business tools. 
• Build and maintain Field Operations and Sales Operations dashboards in Power BI. 
• Act as the Data Accuracy Owner, collaborating with IL and US Sales teams to keep systems clean and reliable. 
• Collaborate daily with the Senior SalesOps & RevOps team member for joint initiatives and reporting needs. 

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role. 
• Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard building, data modeling, visualization). 
• Experience with Hubspot CRM is a significant plus. 
• Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy. 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate across teams. 
• Motivated, curious, and eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
