Key Responsibilities  

You will play an important role supporting our growing department with internal and external process optimization and digitalization. AI is a strategically important focus area for us and you will help us pave the way forward. Moreover, in your day to day, you will encounter ample opportunities to use your skills to help us identify and develop solutions, positively impacting our business, and the way we work.  

You'll advise diverse companies—from SMEs to large multinationals—gaining insight into various business models and industries while building your data analytics skills through engaging projects.  

In addition, your tasks will be:  

• Automate Processes: Design and implement automated solutions to streamline business operations.  
• Data Analytics: Utilize a wide range of analytics tools to provide insights in financial and commercial contexts.  
• Innovative Solutions: Partner with Tax & Legal departments and Inhouse tax functions to create solutions that boost efficiency and reduce risk.  
• Career Development: Engage in coaching, mentoring, and career development programs to enhance your skills.  
• Technology Mindset: Support the push for enhanced use of technology and process optimization, including training and implementation.  

Your profile  

You are dedicated to technological advancement and possess a strong ability to translate broad commercial objectives into actionable tasks. Your expertise in AI and Agentic AI equips you to develop effective solutions for complex challenges. You excel at engaging with diverse stakeholders in dynamic and inspiring environments . Driven by curiosity, you are motivated by opportunities to merge technology with business insight, enabling you to design structured solutions that benefit both internal and external clients.  Furthermore:  

• You have obtained (or will soon obtain) an education in data analytics or a similar degree.  
• You have exceptional attention to detail and logical thinking  
• You have an interest in tax, legal operations, finance and/or applying analytics in a commercial context
• You are able to assist with structuring and ensuring the successful delivery of project deliverables.  
• You are a committed team player with a positive, results-oriented attitude in dynamic environments.  
• You have experience and knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.  
• You have knowledge and competencies in particular in AI (CO-Pilot, Legora, ChatGBT and similar AI tools), and RPAs.  
• Relevant work experience will be considered an advantage.
