We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of junior engineers while driving the development of cutting-edge AI-powered products. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide and mentor junior engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Technical Oversight & Product Delivery

• Take ownership of designing, building, and shipping scalable AI-powered applications.
• Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with product goals and engineering best practices.

Hands-On Engineering & Collaboration

• Actively contribute to codebases and architectural design.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to turn ideas into impactful features.

Team Growth & Hiring

• Play a key role in scaling the team by identifying, interviewing, and onboarding top engineering talent.

What We're Looking For

AI-Focused Builder

• A genuine interest in AI/ML technologies with a desire to explore and apply them in innovative ways.

Experienced Technical Leader

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a team leadership or management role.
• Background in fast-paced startup environments is a strong plus.

Full-Stack Expertise

• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong frontend development experience with frameworks like React or AngularJS
• Backend development experience using Node.js and Python
• Hands-on exposure to Chrome extension development and cloud platforms

AI/ML Experience is a Must.

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and how to integrate them into scalable applications.
